I have over 35 years professional experience both in private practice and in chiropractic and specialty (including fibromyalgia and chronic pain centered) clinics and have worked on uncountable hundreds of people. I do deep and intuitive massage therapy for stress and tension (what is known as "relaxation massage"), and medical massage modalities for specific treatment. I like to tell my clients, "I may be an expert on bodywork but YOU are the expert on your own body!" With a myriad of techniques ranging from deep tissue to acupressure to classic Swedish, more technically oriented techniques like PNF (ProprioceptiveNeuroFacilitation) and energetic modalities like Reiki, you benefit from all my bag of tricks, but they are just the technique behind the creative, intuitive process. I believe a practitioner must be sensitive to their client's expressed needs and feedback. My goal is to leave you feeling like you are floating on a cloud when you get off the table and I am honored to hear that I reliably, consistently succeed!
