I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work. I can integrate any of these modalities into your session at the regular session cost to make your session completely client centered, if you want a mixture of techniques.
ATHLETES: I do specialty work on pro and amateur FIGHTERS of all different syles--boxers, mma, bjj, muy tai, etc, and use specialized techniques in the rib and diaphragm area for better breathing, and in the sides to extend the fighter's strike zone. For BJJ competitirs, I do extra work in the hips, forearms, and hands. I work on pro and amateur BODYBUILDERS to help get them to the next level of training, balance their body symmetry, and to help their muscles pop more during their competitions. I also work on POWERLIFTERS and STRONGMAN competitors to get them to the next level of performance for their competitions and do recovery massage on them after.
