Welcome

Mary is a Board Certified (NCBTMB) Continuing Education Provider in Redding, California. She graduated in 2006 from Maui School of Therapeutic Massage where her passion for bodywork came alive. In Hawaii, she also completed her yoga teacher training and loves to share Yoga with whoever joins her on the mat.

Throughout her massage practice, she has worked from luxury day spas to clinical settings. Continuing her education in eastern work such as Thai and Shiatsu has taken her practice to a new level. Since moving to California, Mary has gained experience working with athletes and people with injury-specific needs.

Mary is Certified through the California Massage Therapy Council (Cert. #75768), NCBTMB (cert # 2000893), and is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. 

She is thrilled to live in the Shasta area because of the wellness community and the deeply restorative surrounding nature. Helping people as they rejuvenate their health and well-being continues to inspire her.
