Heather is a California Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and has been Nationally Certified by the NCBTMB since 2008.

Trained in a variety of modalities, Heather's work is tailored to your specific needs. You can click on the "Services" page to learn more about the various techniques Heather uses in her practice. If you are looking for specific or deep work to alleviate pain, Heather specializes in finding those points where you didn't even know were holding tension.  Heather uses techniques from myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myoskeletal, and Swedish massage.
